It provides <strong>additional learning support and guidance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-eligibility\">2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students under 18 must use this Platform <strong>under parental guidance or consent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By creating an account, parents\/guardians acknowledge responsibility for the information submitted and the student\u2019s use of the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-student-accounts\">3. Test Results &amp; Analytics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Platform provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performance tables of tests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly, monthly and term-wise progress charts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subject-wise insights and trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your results and analytics are visible <strong>only to you (the student) and the admin (Avinash Tripathi)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytics are generated automatically based on marks and data uploaded by the admin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will not attempt to manipulate, falsify or misrepresent your scores or analytics in any way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-content-ownership-usage\">6. Content Ownership &amp; Usage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All content on this Platform \u2014 including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explanations and teaching material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notes, questions and test papers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Layouts, dashboards and analytics design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psychometric questions and formats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branding, logos and page design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>is owned by <strong>Evolve by Avinash Tripathi<\/strong> or used with proper permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree <strong>not<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reproduce, copy or redistribute content for commercial purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish or share internal material publicly without consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload our content to other websites, apps, or platforms without written permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Limited personal use for learning and revision is allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-acceptable-use\">7.
