- Student dashboards
- Psychometric assessments for enrollment

This Platform is not a school, nor does it replace any school curriculum. It provides additional learning support and guidance.
2. Eligibility
- Students under 18 must use this Platform under parental guidance or consent.
- By creating an account, parents/guardians acknowledge responsibility for the information submitted and the student’s use of the Platform.
3. Student Accounts
When creating and using an account:
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- You must keep your login details confidential and not share them with others.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- We may suspend or restrict access if misuse, suspicious activity or violation of these Terms is detected.
4. Psychometric Test
Students may be asked to complete a psychometric test during or before enrollment.
By participating, you agree that:
- The test responses are stored securely on our systems.
- The data is used only for assessing student learning needs, mindset and support requirements.
- The results are not shown publicly or to other students.
- The information may be used internally to personalise teaching and track progress.

5. Test Results & Analytics
Our Platform provides:
- Performance tables of tests
- Weekly, monthly and term-wise progress charts
- Subject-wise insights and trends
You agree that:
- Your results and analytics are visible only to you (the student) and the admin (Avinash Tripathi).
- Analytics are generated automatically based on marks and data uploaded by the admin.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, falsify or misrepresent your scores or analytics in any way.
6. Content Ownership & Usage
All content on this Platform — including but not limited to:
- Explanations and teaching material
- Notes, questions and test papers
- Layouts, dashboards and analytics design
- Psychometric questions and formats
- Branding, logos and page design
is owned by Evolve by Avinash Tripathi or used with proper permission.
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, copy or redistribute content for commercial purposes
- Publish or share internal material publicly without consent
- Upload our content to other websites, apps, or platforms without written permission
Limited personal use for learning and revision is allowed.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to access or view the data of other students or users
- Use scripts, bots, or tools to scrape or download content in bulk
- Use the Platform to cheat in exams or share answer keys
- Try to harm the website using malware, exploits, or denial-of-service actions
Violation of these points may lead to immediate account suspension or deletion without prior notice.
8. Communication
By registering or using the Platform, you agree that:
- We may contact students or parents via email, WhatsApp or phone for academic updates, schedules, or learning-related communication.
- We may send educational information, reminders or announcements.
- You may request to limit or opt out of non-essential communication by contacting us.
9. Service Availability & Changes
We aim to provide a smooth, stable experience, but:
- Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues or technical glitches.
- Features, layouts or tools may change or be improved over time.
- Certain features may be temporarily unavailable while we update or improve them.
We are not responsible for interruptions that are outside our direct control, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore services quickly.
10. Limitation of Liability
Evolve is an educational support platform.
We do not guarantee specific marks, ranks or exam outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data due to technical issues or third-party service failures
- Incorrect or incomplete information entered by users
- Consequences of internet connectivity or device-related problems on the user’s side
